• Turn data into clear, meaningful narratives that help clients understand what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next • Support the development of marketing and communications insights across channels, including digital, social, and campaign performance • Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategy • Contribute to client-ready reports and presentations, translating complex information into concise, engaging takeaways • Partner with cross-functional teams such as strategy, media, and creative to ensure analytics is connected to broader campaign goals • Monitor and evaluate performance across campaigns, helping identify what is working and where there is room to improve • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and frameworks that make data more accessible and actionable • Stay curious and continuously explore new tools, methodologies, and ways to elevate how data is used in marketing and communications • Take ownership of assigned workstreams, delivering high-quality outputs while building confidence and independence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, communications, healthcare, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience, including internships, coursework, or project work
- Strong interest in healthcare, pharma, or med tech, with a desire to learn how marketing drives impact in these spaces
- Curiosity-driven mindset with a genuine interest in turning data into insights and stories
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats to analytical and non-analytical audiences
- Comfort working with data in Excel, including organizing datasets, performing basic analysis, and identifying trends
- Exposure to analytics or reporting tools such as social, digital, or web analytics platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
