• Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de marketing inbound, visando a geração de leads B2C para a equipe de captação; • Gerenciar e otimizar campanhas usando uma variedade de ferramentas integradas ao CRM; • Analisar e segmentar bases de dados para garantir que as campanhas alcancem os públicos-alvo mais relevantes e com maior potencial de conversão; • Monitorar o desempenho das campanhas e ajustar as estratégias com base em análises e feedbacks da equipe de captação; • Assegurar que a equipe de captação tenha um fluxo constante de leads qualificados para trabalhar; • Configurar workflows no CRM, sequências de e-mails, e-mail marketing e outras ações com foco na captação de leads B2C. • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de marketing outbound, com forte ênfase em e-mail marketing e automação, visando a geração de leads B2B para a equipe de captação; • Criar e otimizar textos persuasivos (copywriting) para campanhas de e-mail, sequências de automação, e outros materiais, com foco em conversão; • Gerenciar e otimizar campanhas de e-mail e fluxos de nutrição usando uma variedade de ferramentas integradas ao nosso CRM; • Analisar e segmentar bases de dados para garantir que as campanhas alcancem os públicos-alvo mais relevantes e com maior potencial de conversão; • Monitorar o desempenho das campanhas e ajustar as estratégias com base em análises e feedbacks da equipe de captação; • Assegurar que a equipe de captação tenha um fluxo constante de leads qualificados para trabalhar; • Manter-se em atualização com as tendências de marketing B2B, copywriting e tecnologia, aplicando novas técnicas e ferramentas conforme necessário; • Configurar workflows no CRM, sequências de emails, e-mail marketing e outras ações com foco na captação de leads B2B.

Job Requirements

  • Graduação completa em Marketing, Comunicação, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas afins;
  • Excelente competência de comunicação escrita e habilidade para criar textos claros e objetivos;
  • Conhecimento de plataformas de CRM e/ou automação de marketing;
  • Capacidade analítica, incluindo habilidade para manipular e analisar grandes conjuntos de dados usando planilhas (Excel ou Google Sheets);
  • Proficiência em leitura em inglês;
  • Ter facilidade no aprendizado de softwares;
  • Gostar da integração entre equipes de marketing e vendas.
  • Capacidade em criar conteúdo publicitário para conteúdos engajantes e persuasivos (desejável);
  • Conhecimento em estratégias de captação (desejável);
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de copywriting e gatilhos mentais aplicados a e-mails e CTAs (Calls-to-Action) (desejável);
  • Noções de testes A/B para otimização de campanhas (desejável);
  • Experiência na criação de relatórios e dashboards utilizando o Google Looker Studio (desejável);
  • Habilidade em analisar métricas de desempenho essenciais (KPIs) das campanhas (desejável);
  • Experiência em construir e manter listas de e-mail relevantes e atualizadas em sistemas de CRM (desejável);

About the Role: We're looking for a data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to own and scale our full-funnel media strategy. This is a high impact, remote role, you'll lead and grow our internal paid media team, manage an agency partner on SEO/AEO, and roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor across needed channels.
