Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in data analysis and data preparation, including handling medium to large datasets. - Experience in BPO and knowledge of BPO metrics (preferred). - Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another related quantitative field. - Experience using data analysis and discovery tools such as Microsoft Power BI (preferred), Qlik, Tableau, Zendesk, Salesforce, among others, is a plus. - Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and Macros. - Intermediate knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and experience in medium to large shared data environments (preferred). - For a Spanish-language position: excellent communication skills (oral and written); ability to interact with senior leadership. - Ability to tell stories with data and promote data literacy. Requirements - Engage with relevant stakeholders and users to understand data flow and usage across applications. - Provide support in requirements gathering and solution consulting/design. - Ability to communicate effectively throughout the development phase. - Lead and conduct UAT testing, as well as perform troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Participate in communication and training activities for end users. - Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and validation prior to presentation. - Prepare documentation for SOPs and the knowledge base; create playbooks outlining the role and its deliverables. - Creative/innovative thinking and intermediate analytical and conceptual skills. - Complete all assigned mandatory training within the specified timeframe. - Participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports.
