Role Description AXS is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering who will not only lead engineers but also inspire them to build technology that powers unforgettable moments. In this role, you’ll guide the creation of features and services that span our entire ecosystem—from intuitive B2B applications to seamless payment systems to the powerful transactional engines that keep our global platforms running. Together with your team, you’ll design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that bring fans closer to the events they love and set new standards for live entertainment technology. What Will You Do? - Manage 4-6 engineers, including coaching, mentorship and performance reviews - Continue to be hands-on in working with code, doing code reviews, and improving our software development practices - Partner closely with the Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, Ops teams to identify and push technical initiatives - Collaborate with Product, PMO, stakeholders, other teams and peers to coordinate work, gather feedback and communicate updates - Make focused, operational decisions to execute against goals and project plans - Participate in recruiting and retention efforts Qualifications - 5+ years of relevant, hands-on and technical leadership experience as a senior or lead software engineer - 3+ years of relevant people management experience with at least 3 direct reports - Strong skills and experience in systems design and full stack development with ReactJS, .NET and SQL - Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the tools used - Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide strategic insight and analysis to solve problems and make improvements - Experience working in a continuous integration and continuous delivery environment - Experience working with and deploying to AWS Bonus points if You Have - Experience with containers, AWS CodeBuild, Spinnaker, Terraform - Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting tools and best practices - Experience with high traffic and large-scale global consumer and enterprise software platforms - Ticketing industry experience Pay Scale $134,400 - $199,800. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and market location. Bonus This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements. • Lead the development of AI-powered products and platforms (Navi, Agent Studio, AI Platform services) • Act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding architecture, design, and key engineering decisions • Drive the transition from AI experimentation to production-grade, reliable systems • Partner with product to turn ambiguous AI use cases into scalable solutions • Build and grow a high-performing, globally distributed team (US & India) • Balance speed of innovation with long-term system quality and maintainability • Establish strong engineering practices across design, testing, and delivery • Define and track metrics for delivery, system performance, and quality • Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and future leaders

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML systems from concept to production • Define technical standards, best practices, and AI engineering patterns across teams • Translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions • Guide model development, evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on AI strategy and roadmap • Mentor senior and junior engineers; raise overall technical maturity • Ensure responsible AI practices, security, privacy, and compliance • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation initiatives

• Ensure high reliability and correctness for Treasury's core systems — the ledger, payment origination, card settlement, reconciliation, and financial controls • Lead delivery of new features and capabilities across money movement, accounting, and reporting surfaces • Raise the bar on operational excellence: observability, incident response, on-call readiness, and pragmatic reliability improvements • Own initiatives from planning to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned along the way • Partner closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements early and keep engineering time focused on the highest-impact work • Lead efforts to improve systems, processes, and documentation so new team members can ramp quickly • Participate in and help evolve the team's on-call rotation
