Role Summary: We are seeking a high-ownership, full-cycle Technical Recruiter to help scale Overland AI during a critical phase of growth. This role will be responsible for driving hiring across our technical teams, partnering closely with our internal recruiter, hiring managers and leadership to identify and close exceptional talent. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings a strong ability to source, assess, and close candidates for highly technical roles. You will play a key role in shaping how we build the team—balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience. This position can be remote, or based in Seattle, WA. Key Responsibilities: • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing candidates. • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidates, and drive effective hiring strategies. • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative engagement strategies. • Develop a deep understanding of Overland’s mission, technology, and culture, and effectively communicate this to candidates. • Drive a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, speed, and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process. • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency across pipelines. • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring decisions. • Contribute to the development of scalable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices as the company grows.
