• Analyze funnel performance and identify conversion bottlenecks • Improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall funnel profitability • Optimize offers, bundles, pricing structures, and upsell logic • Build and improve post-purchase and upsell flows • Review data from funnels and campaigns to understand what is working and what is hurting performance • Run tests, implement improvements, and monitor results • Apply strong judgment to diagnose why metrics are underperforming • Work closely with the existing funnel team and take ownership of optimization strategy • Contribute ideas proactively to improve both performance and process • Potentially grow into leading or managing the funnel team over time

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRO, ideally in e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience working with funnel builders such as Funnelish, ClickFunnels, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • AOV optimization
  • Offer and pricing structure
  • Upsells and post-purchase flows
  • Good copy instincts or practical copywriting ability for funnel optimization
  • Experience in health, beauty, or similar direct-response e-commerce niches is a strong plus
  • Ability to take ownership and work with high autonomy
  • Availability for some overlap with UK working hours

At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case.
