Lead Document Controls Analyst
ENTRUST Solutions Group
• Asses the current state of document control systems and workflows across a complex project • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for document control modernization • Propose options on how existing information systems can be streamlined, connected, enhanced, and replaced to provide a more effective unified system • Create training, process and procedure documentation for the enterprise document systems • Manage the integration of PMIS platforms and ensure seamless data flow between systems • Oversee the configuration, maintenance and user support for document management tools • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standards • Train and support staff on document control procedures and system usage • Monitor system performance and generate reports for leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of some college coursework and relevant experience
- 10+ years experience in document control or information systems management
- Proven experience evaluating and implementing document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, InEight, ProCore, etc.)
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management, version control, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI and Visio is a plus
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
