Vice President, Global Head of Post Production & Production Services Location: New York, New York, United States Hybrid Full time Revenue Sales Enablement What You'll Do You will report into the SVP, Future Creative - Post-Production Operations: Design and implement the end-to-end post-production pipeline: ingest, editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics and approval, and final delivery. Establish platform-specific delivery specifications for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, CTV, podcast platforms, and on-site. Build standardized workflows that maintain quality while ensuring scale. - Digital Asset Management: Lead the implementation and management of the enterprise DAM/MAM/PAM systems. Define metadata standards, tagging taxonomy, and naming conventions across all Future brands. Build the IP lifecycle framework: editorial creation through commercial packaging to licensing and data monetisation. Ensure all assets are tagged, cleared, and ready for multi-lifecycle commercial use. - AI & Automation: Partner with the Tiger Team and enterprise AI team to inform and implement automation touchpoints across the post-production pipeline. Track efficiency gains and report quarterly on time-saved and output multiplication metrics. Important targets include automating social re-cuts from long-form content. You will convert one 12-min video into 20-50 versions of assets in minutes compared to hours. Additionally, important targets include caption and subtitle generation across languages, thumbnail creation and A/B testing, and multi-platform reformatting. - Production Services and Freelance Network: Build and manage a global freelance production services network covering editing, color, sound, motion graphics, and archival. Establish service-level agreements, rate cards, and quality benchmarks. Manage production services budget and vendor relationships. Ensure the network can flex to meet seasonal demand and tentpole production peaks. - Quality Control & Compliance: Implement quality control checkpoints across all output at defined stages of the post-production pipeline. Manage rights clearance, music licensing, talent release tracking, and FTC compliance for branded content. Ensure all assets in the DAM are cleared and documented for commercial use, licensing, and CTV distribution. - 24/5 Global Operations: Design and operate a dual-hub production model (NYC and London) that provides production services coverage across time zones. Establish handoff protocols, shared project management systems, and unified quality standards. Build the operational rhythm that allows you to complete work started in London in New York and vice versa. Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve You are a systems-builder who combines deep technical expertise in post-production with the operational discipline to run a global production services function at scale. Vice President, Global Head of Studio Hybrid Full time New York, New York, United States Future is looking for a Global Head of Studio to lead the commercial creative development and content execution engine within Future Creative. This is a dual-mandate role: equal parts creative architect and production leader. The Global Head of Studio manages the entire content creation pipeline from concept through delivery, working in direct partnership with editorial Creative Strategy and programming to develop commercial content IP, and content solutions. You will own creative development and content production across the full 360 creative formats, line production management, and post-production workflow orchestration. You will build a 360-degree creative IP commercial development and content, media, experiential and product solution packaging, overseeing commercial output and Enterprise, Trade promo collaterals. Establish service-level agreements, rate cards, and quality benchmarks. Manage production services budget and vendor relationships. Ensure the network can flex to meet seasonal demand and tentpole production peaks. - Post-Production Workflows: Coordinate with the Global Head of Post-Production and production services to ensure seamless handoff from production to post. Define editorial and commercial post-production requirements. Manage approval workflows between editorial leads, commercial partners, and production teams. - Programming & Planning: Collaborate with editorial content leads to align production schedules with editorial IP programming slates. Manage quarterly production planning, resource allocation, and capacity forecasting. Build programming calendars that serve both editorial franchise commitments and commercial partnership deliverables. - Commercial Collateral: Manage resourcing of production of all commercial materials: sizzle reels, case studies, brand films, pitch videos, event content, and experiential capture. Ensure commercial output is delivered at the quality standard that positions Future Creative as a premium content partner. - Studio Operations and Infrastructure: Establish and manage purpose-ready studio operations in US and UK.
