Senior Product Manager

OneStream Software

• Determine product priorities through interaction with internal and external stakeholders. • Become the “voice of the customer” as it relates to making OneStream easy to use for our end users and easy to manage for administrators. • Serve as the product owner for multiple solutions or features and main point of contact for the solutions/features throughout the organization. • Lead the strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for product areas. • Lead customer focus groups through technical understanding of product features and capabilities. • Proactively explore innovation opportunities driven by technology, customer needs, and competing market. • Help create, define, and refine product processes. • Conduct research to identify customer needs, competitor analysis, and market gaps. • Provide guidance to Business Analysts for when creating acceptance criteria and test plans by sharing knowledge with Business Analysts. • Create prototypes without assistance to enable Engineering's understanding of requirements. • Deeply immerse in the full development lifecycle all the way to general availability, intermingling with developers, quality analysts and others. • Consistently research ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer. • Must be hands-on and willing to deeply learn the OneStream product and related MarketPlace solutions. • Mentor junior team members in areas of expertise of the OneStream product. • Draft strategy and product updates for leadership team. • Sound communication and presentation skills to effectively explain and demonstrate how product concepts impact customer requirements. • Develop and deliver documentation and training materials to inform relevant stakeholders on new features. • Enable and educate Presales, Sales, and Marketing on new offerings. • Coordinate with Marketing and Presales team members to showcase new features in marketing and sales materials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or similar.
  • 10 years of experience that includes Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Product Management, solutions delivery, business analysis, training, and documentation management.
  • Experience with CPM domain: Financial modeling, data integration, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented languages such as Java and C++.
  • Hands-on technical experience with CPM applications, such as financial model and metadata design, data integration, dashboards, graphs, and report authoring.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions.
  • Experience with CPM applications such as: OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Other CPM solutions.
