• Lead software design for major payments-related features and components, and support less experienced engineers in the software design process. • Collaborate with UX and PM on the definition and design of features. • Contribute to defining success criteria, and roll features out to customers, including monitoring for success. • Drive continuous improvement of architecture, codebase and technical practice • Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to their growth • Lead effort estimation and use sound judgment to enable planning of projects • Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team.
Job Requirements
- Experience delivering mobile products to a large customer base
- Experience in mobile codebases with dozens of developers
- Deep experience with Java, Kotlin, and Android
- Strong attention to detail
