• Assist in analyzing how policy changes affect business processes, staffing models, and governance structures. • Contribute to the development of policy-related recommendations. • Support the development of assessment tools and summarize findings from stakeholder interviews. • Prepare reports that translate policy requirements into actionable implementation guidance. • Support coordination efforts to ensure policy compliance during implementation. • Contribute to tracking issues, risks, and dependencies related to regulatory or policy constraints.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience, including with policy analysis and research.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related program, such public policy, political science, or public health.
- Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
