Role Description L'agent est chargé du secrétariat de la CCAPEX et de l'instruction des dossiers en binôme avec un autre agent du service : - Enregistrement, instruction et suivi des dossiers (envoi et traitement des retours de partenaires) - Planification des réunions avec réservation des salles et convocation des membres participants - Préparation des ordres du jour de la commission - Participation à la commission mensuelle et présentation des dossiers - Rédaction du procès-verbal de commission et transmission aux partenaires - Mise à jour d'Exploc suite à la commission, sur la base du PV - Rédaction des avis et des courriers - Envoi, classement, archivage - Réponses aux partenaires extérieurs et locataires - Administrateur de l'application informatique EXPLOC - Sortie de statistiques à la demande Participation aux travaux de la charte de prévention des expulsions en ce qui concerne l'harmonisation des pratiques des secrétariats de CCAPEX. L'agent est également amené, en binôme avec un autre agent du service, à instruire les demandes d'octroi de concours de la force publique : - Lancement des enquêtes - Rédaction des fiches de synthèse - Rédaction des courriers d'octroi - Enregistrement des pièces du dossier et mise à jour du logiciel Exploc Positionnement dans la structure : Sous l'autorité de la cheffe du service Logement. Relations internes : - Relation fonctionnelle avec les autres agents du service en charge de la charte CCAPEX, du secrétariat CCAPEX, du DALO, du droit de réservation préfectorale Relations externes : - Services du conseil départemental - Bailleurs - Mairies - Associations - Caisse d'Allocations Familiales - Services de police et de gendarmerie - Organismes payeurs - Travailleurs sociaux - Bailleurs - Établissements prêteurs - Commissaires de justice - Régies - Agences - Locataires Spécificités du poste / Contraintes / Sujétions : Organisation des congés en lien avec les autres agents en charge de la CCAPEX.
