Role Description We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join a global travel technology leader powering millions of travel experiences worldwide. In this role, you will support customers and partners of Booking.com, helping resolve booking inquiries, payment issues, account questions, and reservation changes while delivering a high-quality customer experience. If you enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working in an international environment, this role offers a strong entry point into the global travel and tech ecosystem. - Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging in German and English - Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications - Handle payment issues, refunds, and account inquiries - Support partners with extranet account questions and review management - Deliver accurate, timely, and professional solutions to customer requests - Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction Qualifications - German C1 level (or higher) - English B2 level or higher - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good PC skills and ability to work across multiple systems - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving ability - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or contact centers is a plus but not mandatory.
