Associate Director, Medical Affairs Digital Enablement Lead PURPOSE The Medical Affairs Digital Enablement Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a portfolio of digital initiatives that drive Medical Affairs objectives, with a strong focus on omnichannel enablement. This role sits within Medical Impact and Effectiveness (MIE) and partners closely with the rest of Medical Affairs, IT, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of digital capabilities that support scientific engagement, insights generation, and medical operations. This role requires strong project management skills, a strong IT background, a proactive business-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to translate medical business needs into executable, cross-functional programs.
