Program Lead, Marketing Coordinator, Executive Communications
Socure
• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Socure’s Executive Bridge program. • Partner closely with executive stakeholders to understand priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure strong follow-through across initiatives. • Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to support executive engagement efforts. • Prepare high-quality executive communications, briefing materials, meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and program updates. • Ensure all executive-facing deliverables are polished, accurate, timely, and aligned to leadership priorities. • Support planning and execution for executive and customer-facing events, including logistics, communications, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up. • Help create thoughtful, high-quality experiences for executive meetings, customer engagements, and strategic events. • Lead program planning with strong attention to timelines, dependencies, logistics, and stakeholder management. • Identify opportunities to refine workflows, improve operating rhythms, and strengthen program consistency and scale over time. • Anticipate risks, identify gaps, and proactively solve for issues before they impact execution. • Build repeatable processes that improve visibility, accountability, and cross-functional alignment. • Track progress across key initiatives and provide leadership with clear updates, recommendations, and next steps. • Operate with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism in high-stakes and highly visible settings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in program management, executive operations, executive communications, strategic planning, event planning, or a related function.
- Proven experience working with executive teams or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
- Strong executive writing skills, including experience preparing presentations, briefing documents, talking points, and strategic communications.
- Experience supporting or coordinating executive-level and customer-facing events.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent judgment, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with executive presence and a high level of professionalism.
- Experience driving complex initiatives from planning through execution.
- Ability to think strategically while also operating at a highly tactical level.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure to evolving programs.
