• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you are responsible for the learners' success and motivation. • You promote active engagement with the learning content and its practical application. • You encourage group exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats. • You motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere. • You supervise individual completion of assignments as part of portfolio work. • You support the evaluation of the product. • You teach from your home office. • You have excellent command of the language of instruction German (C2 level).
Job Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Digital Learning Development (2+ years)
- Degree or training in pedagogy, adult education, media or communication design, or equivalent qualification
- Extensive knowledge in e-learning and instructional design
- Confident use of at least one of the following tools and practical experience with it: Articulate 360 (Rise or Storyline), Canva Pro, Genial.ly, Moodle
- Experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to support the design and creation of learning materials
- Experience designing learning environments and experience in image design and learning video production
- Knowledgeable in media law and user experience (UX)
- Several years of experience as an online trainer in adult education with a comprehensive toolkit in methodology and didactics
- Application of innovative methods to activate learners
- New-work mindset and willingness to experiment with new learning technologies
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team

Role Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Surgical Technology Instructor to teach Stepful’s virtual 16-week Surgical Technologist (didactic) program. The ideal candidate is excited to deliver high-quality online instruction and ensure students are well-prepared. Qualifications - Active Surgical Technologist Certification. - 3+ years of experience as a certified Surgical Technologist in a clinical setting. - Experience teaching, training, tutoring, or instructing students or staff. - Comfortability teaching live online classes over Zoom. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable using LMS platforms and virtual teaching tools. - Ability to follow a standardized curriculum while adapting explanations to different learning styles. - Commitment to inclusive, accessible, and career-focused healthcare education. - Ability to work 10 hours per week per class, Monday - Thursday.
