Mitratech
• Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams • Deliver onboarding programs for new customers and advanced training for existing users • Adapt delivery style to different audiences • Design and maintain training materials such as eLearning modules, guides, videos, and help articles • Translate complex software functionality into clear, user-friendly learning experiences • Continuously update content to reflect product enhancements and client feedback • Develop deep knowledge of Mitratech Governance & Risk Solutions and use cases • Partner with Product and Professional Services teams to stay aligned on updates and roadmap • Support Customer Success goals by improving product adoption • Assess client training needs and adjust training materials to address pain points • Track training effectiveness using feedback, usage data, and performance metrics • Work closely with Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams • Contribute to the knowledge base content • Participate in webinars and optimizations occasionally • Evaluate training programs and implement improvements based on data and feedback • Stay current with trends in risk technology and adult learning methodologies
Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years in training, instructional design, or customer enablement roles
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in legal tech, compliance, or enterprise software
- Experience training legal professionals or working in legal operations is strongly preferred
- General understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar)
- Ability to create engaging content in various formats
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and training analytics tools
- Comfort working with web-based applications, databases, and workflow tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
