Your strengths are a mix of hard project management and soft people skills that you use to get large teams to adhere to a vision, within scope and schedule constraints while helping to retain work/life balance and our company values. Responsibilities: - Update and manage the plans, schedules and related task tracking database across key features, departments and/or milestone deliverables. - Work collaboratively with production and development department leadership to drive decision making that achieves both the project goals and company values. - Monitor the team and project health and communicate risks to leadership. - Connect departments and eliminate roadblocks to ensure the team is flowing efficiently through their work. - Solicit needs from departments and align them to set project requirements. Take those requirements and turn them into project plans. Work with the team to execute those plans. - Assemble productivity data from the production tracking system and use that data create production reports that steer the production forward. - Drive team towards clarity when ambiguity exists on a new deliverable type or department innovation. - Suggest improvements to the production process and assist in seeing them through. Requirements & Skills: - Project Management or Business Administration skills or experience. - Experience with Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid or other industry-standard tasking software. - Flexible and agile, able to adapt during a project to emerging requirements. Able to potentially finish one department deliverable then switch to a different department deliverable after, if required. - Data analytics background or capability preferred. - Adaptive skills, knowing when to use formal or informal tactics and strategy to achieve project success. - Experience or familiarity with managing budgets and/or staff resource plans.  Qualifications: - At least 4 years of experience as an Associate Producer or Project Manager working across multiple departments or equivalent experience. - Strong time managerial skills in a technically sophisticated and fast-paced work environment. - Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence. - High attention to detail This is a temporary “Project Hire” position. The anticipated duration of this assignment will vary. • Own project management across multiple customer accounts from onboarding through delivery • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for website development and client-facing projects • Act as the central point of coordination between Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and clients • Ensure projects stay on track by proactively identifying risks, blockers, and delays • Provide clear, consistent updates to clients on status, timelines, and next steps • Support onboarding and implementation processes to ensure a smooth customer experience • Help build and improve internal workflows, documentation, and project management systems • Maintain high standards for execution, organization, and client satisfaction

- Maintain and update the Global Logistics communication hub, including news, events calendar, and performance updates - Develop and publish the monthly Global Logistics newsletter - Prepare communication materials for town halls, including pre- and post-event communications - Create and publish weekly learning and knowledge-sharing content - Support organization and accessibility of learning materials - Assist employees in publishing content across internal communication channels - Encourage community engagement and support bottom-up contributions from teams - Prepare communications highlighting achievements, milestones, and best practices - Coordinate content inputs from stakeholders across Global Logistics - Support monthly meetings with community ambassadors and prepare materials - Execute communications in line with the editorial calendar - Ensure consistency of messaging across communication channels - Track communication and engagement metrics and identify improvement opportunities - Support continuous improvement of communication formats and community engagement
