• Leading and executing go-to-market programs with a clear revenue focus, in close collaboration with vendors and Climb teams • Actively hunting and onboarding new partners and customers, with a strong focus on security solutions • Acting as the regional go-to person for Cybersecurity, AI trainings, vendors, and solutions • Creating demand in the channel through enablement, training, and hands-on partner engagement • Driving pipeline development, opportunity progression, and deal closure • Managing high-value opportunities and special pricing with a strong commercial mindset • Delivering clear, structured reporting on pipeline, opportunities, and performance • Working directly with vendors on campaigns, events, exhibitions, and joint sales initiatives • Building strong relationships with decision makers at targeted resellers • Supporting marketing initiatives with a sales-driven perspective • Being present in the field: sales floor walks, partner visits, and hands-on engagement • Supporting pre-sales activities where it accelerates deal closure • Actively contributing to business development plans and growth initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven business developer with at least five years of experience in distribution or the IT channel
- Native or business-fluent German and business-fluent English
- Strong hunter mentality with a competitive, confident, and trustworthy personality
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Solid understanding of the full sales cycle, pipeline management, and margin development
- Strong customer and partner focus
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Fast learner with a strong interest in Cybersecurity and AI solutions
- Strong IT skills
- Proven track record in onboarding new customers, expanding accounts, and growing revenue.
