Job Description

Senior SAP Ariba, Procurement Consultant – Support

DyFlex Solutions

• Provide senior-level functional support across SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba modules (e.g. Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle) • Act as the primary escalation point for complex production issues, incidents, and service requests • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues across integrated SAP S/4HANA and Ariba landscapes • Collaborate with technical teams on root cause analysis, integrations, enhancements, and fixes • Support patching, upgrades, releases, and regression testing activities • Work directly with customers to understand issues, prioritise outcomes, and provide clear, pragmatic solutions • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation, system improvements, and value realisation • Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation including knowledge articles, solution notes, and handover materials • Support minor enhancements and change requests from design through to deployment • Mentor and support junior consultants within the support practice, contributing to capability uplift • Participate in on-call or rostered support arrangements as required

Job Requirements

  • Strong functional experience in SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba support environments
  • Proven experience supporting live SAP environments with a focus on stability, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Solid understanding of source-to-pay processes and procurement best practices
  • Experience working across integrated SAP S/4HANA and Ariba landscapes
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with business and technical stakeholders
  • Consulting or managed services background highly regarded
  • Exposure to related Digital Supply Chain domains (e.g. Inventory, Logistics, Finance integration) is advantageous
  • SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA Procurement certification(s) highly regarded
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for customer outcomes and continuous improvement

The vocational team is a small and close-knit team dedicated to helping others. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage the employee disability management program. This is a remote position and will work Monday through Friday daylight hours. Responsibilities: - Functions as an internal consultant to the supervisory and management levels regarding best practices and continuous process improvement within the area of ADA. Provide ADA consultation services on non-occupational cases. - Maintain the purchase and tracking of equipment and AT devices that are purchased through the accommodation program. - Participate in the preparation and presentation of individual and group progress reports to management regarding status of employees with an accommodation. - Perform job analysis and other supports to maintain the integrity of the task bask - Coordinate all ongoing services, such as sign language interpreters or personal care attendants, needed to support an accommodation request. - Provides assistance to employees who are eligible for STD and LTD benefits.
