• Own the APAC/ANZ P&L. Build and execute a strategic roadmap to drive hyper-growth in ARR, from initial land to enterprise-wide expansion. • Recruit and mentor a high-performance team of Account Executives. Manage a team of Customer Success, Marketing, and Forward Deployed Engineers in a dotted line structure. • Identify and sign strategic regional partners, GSIs, and local resellers to act as a force multiplier for Deepgram’s direct sales efforts. • Implement rigorous forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory management. • Act as the primary executive sponsor for major regional accounts, navigating complex procurement cycles and technical AI evaluations.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) overseeing the APAC region, specifically including ANZ and SEA.
- A deep fascination with AI, LLMs, and API-first products.
- Proven track record of scaling a regional office from early traction to high-scale maturity ($10M+ ARR growth experience preferred).
- Demonstrable experience building channel programs that significantly contribute to the total revenue mix.
- Expertise in value-based selling to increase Average Selling Price and win rates in a competitive technical landscape.
- Deep familiarity with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Gong, Clari, etc.) and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree is a plus.

Role Description The North American Enterprise Sales team at Cash App is responsible for driving revenue to our core consumer payments businesses at Cash App and Afterpay, giving our Merchant partners access to the largest and most engaged network of next generation consumers. We are looking for a high-energy, dynamic, and thoughtful Head of Enterprise Sales to forge and expand relationships with the largest global brands and unlock new revenue opportunities across our portfolio of Pay Now and Pay Later products. You will be on the front lines of a fast-growing payments business, partnering with business owners and leading executives of Fortune 500 companies. You will be responsible for complex and first-of-kind deal negotiation and execution with leaders in commerce. A successful candidate thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment, has a passion for developing and expanding client relationships, and exhibits a strong sense of ownership to win new business for Cash App and Afterpay. You will have a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity; think strategically and operationally about business, marketing and technical challenges; and lead cross-functional workstreams to launch product and commercial initiatives. This role requires a strategic problem solver who is a relentless negotiator and effective influencer.
