Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Serve as a technical reference for the teams you work with, being proactive and providing leadership within the team while communicating with different roles and hierarchical levels. • Propose solutions that address technical and business challenges. • Apply and disseminate software engineering best practices, aligned with the architecture team’s guidelines. • Collaborate with other teams to promote alignment and clear communication. • Document solutions and technical decisions to facilitate understanding and future evolution. • Contribute to the technical development of other engineers on the team. • Actively participate in upstream and downstream processes across multiple squads, proposing and supporting initiatives to ensure the best solutions. • Execute integrated end-to-end (E2E) tests, promoting quality, observability, and reliability practices. • Design integrations between Marketing Cloud and other backend systems. • Pursue observability across customer journeys by creating and using metrics, logs, and monitoring to continuously improve operations. • Seek and apply feedback for continuous improvement, maintaining a collaborative and proactive attitude.

- Editing creatives and scripts
- Creation of Data Streams, Data Models, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation in Salesforce Data Cloud
- Data Cloud
- Modeling, governance, and development for Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Data modeling (entities and relationships)
- Advanced SQL
- API consumption
- Building Cloud Pages
- Troubleshooting integrations, automations, APIs, and scripts
- Familiarity with data governance practices, deduplication, and identity management in Data Cloud
- Ability to present to audiences such as Product and Technology Leaders
- Ability to engage business stakeholders and related disciplines to enable decision making and progress
- Communication that brings people together: reduce barriers, build bridges, and maintain alignment and transparency in a remote/online environment
