Recursion, searching, sorting. Queues, stacks, heaps. Introduction to the analysis of algorithms, big "O" notation. Candidates are expected to demonstrate current engagement in scholarly or applied research, evidenced by recent publications in relevant areas of the discipline. Qualifications – Areas of Specialization: The position is open to candidates across relevant subfields within the discipline, provided they meet the required academic and professional qualifications. Qualifications – Discipline: The successful candidate must have an academic background in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science), with clear relevance to the courses being taught. Qualifications – Professional Designation: A recently completed PhD in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Candidates who are near completion of their doctoral studies may also be considered, particularly if they demonstrate strong research productivity and teaching potential.
