Here’s to the world ahead.   The VP, Client Financial services will provide strategic leadership for Client Financial Services operational finance, including audit support, payment disbursements, invoicing, and operational accounting and reporting, while ensuring strong governance, controls, and scalable service delivery. Serve as a strategic financial advisor and thought partner to senior leadership—translating operational performance, client commitments, and enterprise objectives into actionable financial plans and decisions. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, IT, HR, Operations, and client stakeholders to strengthen financial outcomes, mitigate risk, and continuously improve the client experience through data-driven insights and process optimization. Serve as a champion for the responsible adoption of automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities across Client Financial Services to enhance decision-making, productivity, control effectiveness, and scalability. They will lead through partnership, influence, and accountability. Partners with Human Resources and leadership to ensure effective hiring, development, performance management, and employee relations in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Encourages a culture of continuous improvement by supporting education, change management, and adoption of new tools—including AI-enabled capabilities—while reinforcing accountability, sound judgment, and risk awareness. We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $160,000 to $175,000. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Establish strategic targets and operating plans for Client Financial Services aligned to enterprise objectives. - Provide executive-level financial insight on operational performance, risks, and opportunities. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, capacity modeling, and scenario analysis to anticipate demand and protect margin. - Oversee operational accounting activities including audit coordination, disbursements, invoicing, and reporting. - Strengthen internal controls, governance practices, and documented procedures across all processes. - Serve as primary partner for internal and external audits and compliance activities. - Champion the responsible use of automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve financial operations, while ensuring appropriate governance, controls, data integrity, and compliance standards are maintained. - Support new business and incremental revenue opportunities through RFP participation and solution design. - Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives across process, technology, and service delivery. - Build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive organization through enablement, development, and accountability.
