Stakeholder Engagement & Communications - Partner closely with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams to align on objectives, scope, and deliverables. - Design and execute stakeholder engagement approaches that build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change. - Develop clear communications and training materials to support adoption of new processes, systems, and policies. - Prepare and deliver regular project updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and respond to adhoc leadership requests. Business & Operational Support - Support HR, Finance, and Corporate Services initiatives, including operating model and organizational design changes. - Contribute to business growth and transformation efforts such as acquisitions, integrations, geographic expansion, and consolidation. - Support business continuity planning and help the organization prepare for and respond to disruption. - Track budgets and resources, ensuring accurate cost and resource management. Data & Insights - Use data and simple visual tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Visio) to map processes, highlight insights, and communicate results effectively. What You’ll Bring - 5+ years’ experience managing crossfunctional projects, ideally within complex transformation or change programs. - Experience in public sector, consulting, or commercial professional services environments. - Demonstrated integrity and discretion, with experience handling confidential and business‑critical projects in line with information security and governance standards - Strong project and collaboration toolset experience (e.g. MS Office, MS Project, Asana, Power BI, Mural, Teams, Visio). - Experience supporting financial or business transformation initiatives (e.g. ERP or corporate systems) is highly desirable. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast paced environments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills. - Strong analytical and problem solving capability, with attention to detail. - Resilience and flexibility when priorities or circumstances change. - Experience leveraging data, analytics, and AIenabled tools to improve processes and support transformation. The Pre-Development Project Manager is primarily responsible for leading and managing the Pre-Development activities on a given project(s). Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage the due diligence, entitlements, permitting of multiple projects on a campus(es) to facilitate new datacenter development. - Create and communicate updates on predevelopment program & project status on a monthly basis suitable for executive level reviews.
