Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Delivery Oversight - Support the delivery of complex, cross-team technology initiatives by coordinating execution across multiple engineering, platform, and data teams. - Partner closely with Portfolio Managers and Delivery Managers to align program plans, milestones, and delivery timelines. - Drive the planning, tracking, and completion of technical milestones across multiple projects within larger programs. - Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution plans. Roadmap Planning & Execution - Build, maintain, and track technical delivery roadmaps across multiple teams and initiatives. - Ensure roadmaps clearly reflect dependencies, delivery timelines, and key milestones. - Update roadmaps regularly to reflect changing priorities, risks, and delivery progress. - Provide visibility into roadmap progress for stakeholders and leadership. Dependency Management - Identify, map, and manage dependencies across engineering teams, platforms, and shared services. - Coordinate with partner organizations including Data Engineering, Shared Services, Infrastructure teams, and global engineering hubs. - Proactively surface and resolve dependency conflicts that may impact delivery timelines. - Establish clear tracking and communication of cross-team dependencies. Risk & Issue Management - Identify delivery risks early and work with teams to define mitigation strategies. - Track and manage risks, issues, and blockers that impact program execution. - Escalate critical risks and provide actionable recommendations for resolution. - Maintain structured risk logs and delivery dashboards for key initiatives. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication - Act as a central coordination point across engineering, product, architecture, and operational teams. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on program status, risks, and milestone progress. - Facilitate cross-team alignment on delivery plans and technical execution. Delivery Visibility & Governance - Maintain accurate program tracking using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmap management tools such as Aha!. - Ensure transparency across teams regarding delivery timelines, dependencies, and milestones. - Support governance processes that help ensure programs remain aligned with strategic priorities. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve coordination, visibility, and execution across complex initiatives. - Help establish scalable practices for tracking dependencies, managing roadmaps, and coordinating cross-team delivery. - Support broader initiatives aimed at improving delivery predictability and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required - 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs in software or technology environments - Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams across multiple divisions - Strong experience managing dependencies, milestones, and delivery plans - Experience building and maintaining technical roadmaps - Strong risk management and problem-solving skills - Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities - Experience using tools such as Confluence, or similar platforms - Experience working in large, complex, Agile enterprise technology environments - Experience partnering with Portfolio Management - Background working with globally distributed engineering teams - Experience with Aha! roadmap tool Preferred - Experience supporting platform, data, infrastructure, or shared service initiatives - Familiarity with enterprise governance and delivery frameworks - Experience with Jira Key Skills - Technical program coordination - Cross-team delivery management - Dependency mapping and management - Roadmap planning and tracking - Risk and issue management - Stakeholder communication - Delivery reporting and transparency What Success Looks Like - Complex programs progress with clear technical milestones and delivery visibility - Cross-team dependencies are proactively identified and managed - Roadmaps accurately reflect delivery progress and strategic priorities - Risks and issues are surfaced early and mitigated effectively - Stakeholders have clear insight into delivery status and progress Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New Jersey $118,349 - $189,051.
