Higharc
• Act as the liaison between typical Homebuilder workflows and the vision of a more data driven and tech forward approach using the Higharc platform • Lead discovery sessions with homebuilders to uncover current-state workflows, pain points, and priorities across Design, Sales, Purchasing, and Estimating • Shape solution strategy in partnership with AEs, guiding prospects toward a future-state vision powered by Higharc • Lead platform demonstrations that help buyers envision their business running on Higharc • Build ROI narratives, business cases, and playbacks that quantify impact and align internal stakeholders • Champion the Challenger sales approach — teaching new perspectives, tailoring for relevance, and taking control of the sales process • Inform messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning through field feedback • Support post-sale discovery, onboarding, or training for strategic accounts as needed to maintain continuity and sharpen pre-sales narratives
Job Requirements
- Industry experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech
- Deep understanding of one or more homebuilding functional areas: Estimating, Design, Sales, Finance, Land, or Purchasing
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executives and day-to-day users alike

As a Senior Integrations Engineer, you will report to the Integrations Manager and serve as a core member of the integrations discipline on Pie’s Insurance Technology team. You will be part of an agile team focused on creating frictionless operational experiences through close partnerships with engineers, system administrators, and internal stakeholders from product, customer, revenue, and employee domains. How You’ll Do ItDesign: - Design, build, document, and maintain modular integrations using Workato (IpaaS), aligned with industry best practices. - Build Software Development Kits (SDK’s) to scale custom Integrations with proprietary and SaaS applications - Partner with Software Engineering to transition custom integrations to Workato. - Develop technical designs, testing strategies, and monitoring/observability plans for integrations. - Translate stakeholder and technical requirements into high-level designs and level-of-effort estimates. - Contribute to a well-documented, accessible integration architecture that supports both technical and non-technical users.
