Position Summary The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst ensures the accuracy, integrity, and effective administration of L&W’s incentive compensation and equity programs. By providing expert analysis, maintaining high‑quality documentation, and supporting global compensation operations, this role strengthens L&W’s ability to reward performance reliably and consistently across the business. Job Summary: Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst provides oversight of documentation pertaining to L&W’s annual and quarterly compensation plans - ensuring accuracy of records are stored and coded properly, provides oversight and direction to business units for proper documentation, Quick Reference Guides and templates to capture proposal of plans. For certain incentive plans conducts analysis and calculations for administration of the plans. Manages file feeds to People Solution Center/People Tech teams for file uploads to Workday and/or ADP. Participates in the global Equity initiatives by validating information, analyzing information and provided quality checks to support the Equity Administrator’s work. Acts as a back-up to the Equity Administrator as needed including tasks associated with the Equity Administrator role. Completes compensation analysis for the Executive Compensation leader on an as needed basis as well. Outcomes: This role delivers consistent accuracy in incentive calculations, plan documentation, and system data integrity to support compliant and effective compensation operations. The analyst ensures seamless coordination with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal partners while supporting equity plan administration as needed. Success is demonstrated through improved process efficiency, reliable reporting, and high‑quality support for employees and business stakeholders. Essential Job Functions: - Leads incentive calculations for assigned plans, reconciles to plan Terms and Conditions, provides oversight advice to businesses on tools/templates to use for enhanced incentive governance, validates and performs quality checks for reconciliation of assigned incentive plans, and processes payments via workday and/or ADP. - Ensures coordination of incentive plan information into WorkDay and supports creation of documentation of incentive plans i.e., Plan Docs, Quick Reference Guides, etc. for Director of Global Comp to manage change management and communications pertaining to incentive plans. - Back-up Support for Equity Plan Administration: Provides support for the day-to-day administration of all equity plans (stock options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs, etc.), including processing new grants, exercises, terminations, and releases, when needed. - Provides support to the Data Management & Reconciliation: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the data within internal systems (using platforms like WorkDay, Computershare, etc.) and perform regular reconciliations of records between HR teams and Finance teams. - Provides support for the US Compliance & Reporting (Australian Compliance & Reporting is a plus): Ensure compliance with all U.S. and international securities laws, tax regulations (IRS, SEC), and internal controls (SOX 404). Assist with data gathering and review for SEC filings (Form 4, 10-K, proxy statements) and support internal and external audits. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and Human Resources, to ensure seamless transaction processing and validations for accurate financial reporting. - Employee Support and Education: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards, taxation, and plan participation. Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and webinars to help employees understand their benefits. - Provides support to projects and identifies and implements process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in incentive administration. Lead projects, timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders: legal, finance, treasury, accounting, PCBP teams, and HRIS. Qualifications - Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in stock plan administration, with a publicly traded U.S. company with a total of 5-7 years of compensation incentive experience. - Global Acumen: experience supporting or leading equity programs across a global employee base and leading platform transitions involving international teams. - Education: A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferrable but not required. - Certifications: A Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is highly valued or preferred. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and Equity platforms with strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) are essential. Experience with AUS-based Computershare/EquatePlus is a big advantage but not required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of various equity award types and a strong understanding of U.S. federal and state taxation, global tax considerations, and accounting rules related to equity compensation. - Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and effective communication skills are critical.
