• Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping. • Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation. • Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes. • Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates. • Assist with project coordination and process management.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work.
  • Familiarity with legal department KPIs.
  • Experience managing budget & spend management.
  • Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams.
  • Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software.
  • Experience with CLM tool Luminance would be ideal.
