Role Description Zwicker is presently seeking a Document Production Assistant I to join our team. The Document Production Assistant plays a key role in managing and preparing documents within legal, corporate, or administrative environments. The role can be remote after the 90-day training period. • Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and outside parties • Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in furtherance of active litigation files • Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action • Advocate on behalf of the client’s interests at various litigation settings • Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory • Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and litigation files, as assigned by the Managing Attorney, to ensure that proper litigation workflow is being performed pursuant to the firm and client expectations • Comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures • Ability to travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required • Prepare for and represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including case strategy development, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and presenting oral arguments • Negotiate settlements with consumers and their legal representatives to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting client interests • Evaluate case merits, assess risk exposure, and provide strategic legal recommendations • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

• Develops the processes, vendor relationships, and litigation strategy to provide effective and compliant representation to the firm’s portfolio of national lenders in replevin matters. • Builds and manages the Replevin Group to handle replevin litigation for various clients across the firm’s national footprint. • Provides leadership for and direction to the Replevin Group and mentorship to the firm’s attorneys regarding replevin matters. • Executes firm-wide replevin strategies at the direction of the Vice President of Litigation Operations and actively keeps the firm’s upper management and clients abreast of legal trends and challenges in replevin, and effectively recommends appropriate action as required. • Facilitates communication between the firm’s trial attorneys, the Replevin Group, and the firm’s clients. • Acts as lead counsel in the prosecution of select replevin matters, including motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, trials, and appeals as needed (in states where admitted, or pro hoc vice in select matters), identifies contested and high-risk replevin claims, and provides special guidance and oversight therein. • Responsible for developing, reviewing, approving, and monitoring the overall strategic, tactical, and operational planning for the Replevin Group with critical focus upon developing efficient and compliant litigation review and processes. • Oversees all replevin intake, litigation, and litigation processes. Responsible for ensuring the firm’s replevin litigation matters move in compliance with legal requirements, and firm and client expectations. • Develops and manages guidelines, plans, procedures, and processes for the Replevin Group to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of legal services to the firm and its clients.
