• Contribute to the development of operational plans, budgets, and forecasts based on data analysis. • Collaborate and communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. • Apply operations labor planning expertise in weekly planning cycles across ShipMonk’s fulfillment centers. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key operational KPIs. • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational opportunities and develop solutions. • Assist in the development and maintenance of supply chain optimizations and decision support modeling.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Greater than 3 years experience in operations, finance or similar analytical role
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience in managing a team, setting priorities and supporting career development
- Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate the decision making process, and drive alignment across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

DATE: April 8, 2026 POSITION: Health Data Analyst I DEPARTMENT: Information Systems BASE RATE: $25.00 per hour, with potential for additional compensation based on qualifications POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for analyzing health plan data related to health services delivery, health-care costs, quality of care, insurance coverage and access to care. Identifies and escalates potential issues to department directors. 4. Organizes, sorts, and filters data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends. Develops and maintains data preparation and validation routines to support data mining. Reviews reports to ensure the accuracy and validity of presented information. 5. Utilizes tools such as SQL and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio). 6. Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. Escalates issues as necessary to the Data Infrastructure Manager 7. Collaborates with the Compliance Officer to provide detailed data analysis activities for potential fraud, waste and abuse identification. 8.
