• Collaborate closely with software engineers to define, implement, and improve test strategies for web applications • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for UI and end-to-end testing • Build and maintain robust automated test suites using Playwright • Validate web application functionality across browsers, devices, and screen sizes (cross-browser and responsive testing) • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to ensure continuous quality • Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage • Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira with clear and actionable reports • Set up, manage, and maintain test environments that closely mirror production environments • Promote best practices in quality assurance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Helping recruit and mentor engineers for our growing team in Vietnam.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering roles, with a strong focus on Web/UI testing
- Solid experience in test automation using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
