JOB DESCRIPTION: Insurance Central Review Analyst Remote - PST We are seeking a Central Review Analyst who will provide timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. You will process customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. What you’ll Drive: - Review estimates for accuracy of part identification, repair vs. replace decisions, labor charges, photo quality and documentation of files - Verify compliance with program mandates, such as parts usage, labor rates, allowed operations, etc. - Provide feedback and coaching to appraisers based on review findings to improve program compliance and store appraiser development/retention - Improve store profitability and ARO - Balance multiple priorities, demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling client responsibilities and deliver a high-quality work product - Demonstrate an understanding of professional and industry standards and practices - Think independently and solve problems in a results driven team oriented environment - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills What you’ll Bring: - 3 years’ automotive appraisal experience - 1-2 years’ experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred - Current knowledge of the CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell estimating platform - Ability to self-manage workload - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook - Customer service /relationship/conflict management preferred - Willingness to work PST hours Applicants for our positions are considered without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, religion, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law. #LI-AS1 #DBCORP #REMOTE Position Location: Florida Compensation Range: $48,500.00 - $86,600.00 Compensation Frequency: Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
