Vantive
• Managing and growing business for Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Montana territory • Supporting our Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), and Multi-Organ Extracorporeal Support therapy portfolio to hospitals and healthcare providers • Building strong clinical relationships, providing product support, and driving revenue growth • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards • Supporting the business functions associated with the CRRT and TPE product lines including price management, contract negotiations, supply chain optimization, and customer support • Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts • Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, contracting, closing, and follow up • Tracking sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools • Assisting with all aspects of Vantive product and sales planning processes, marketing activities, sales tools, and business strategies • Collaborating with the Therapy Development Specialist (TDS), Multi-Organ Support Therapies, and Acute Clinical Education teams to develop strategic goals to drive therapy utilization and territory growth across shared markets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field of study
- 3+ years of medical device or B2B sales experience
- Must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and hospital workflows
- Demonstrated ability to assist customers in starting new initiatives/programs
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and negotiate pricing, contracts and renewals
- Ability to interact positively, professionally and effectively with customers, physicians, nurses and other medical staff
- Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

GCI's Construction Manager II is responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects from conceptual development through final construction following project management methodology. Supports the Construction and Implementation team within the Technology Solutions department and the company’s internal and external customers and business units.
