• Prepare and process annual financial statements for all entity types • Prepare financial report for SMSFs • Reconciliation of GST and Div7A loans • Handle TAX, FBT, BAS returns, and tax planning • Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and quarterly reporting • Assist with preparing Tax Planning Figures and Analysis • Assisting with the Tax agent portal mail and ATO client correspondence • Communicating and responding to ATO notices • Tax research, staying up to date on tax law changes, and anticipating new tax law changes • Review and support other team members' work

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Australian tax compliance and advisory
  • Solid knowledge of tax matters in Australia
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks and MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and deadline-driven
  • Excellent communication skills in English and confidence in liaising with clients
  • Collaborative mindset, willing to mentor and support teammates
  • Highly organised and efficient in completing tasks
