CORE RESPONSIBILITIES CALENDAR & MEETING COORDINATION  • Manage calendar for the Director of Sales & Marketing  • Schedule internal sales meetings  • Schedule sales demos and prospect meetings  QUOTE & CONTRACT SUPPORT  • Create and update sales quotes, including new quotes, additions/removals, terminations, and on-premise pricing  • Update and resend contract addendums (e.g., adding/removing users)  • Assist with contract updates related to price increases (as requested)  PRICING & CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS  • Support price increase communications to customers  • Assist with follow-up and tracking related to pricing changes  CRM MANAGEMENT  • Enter and maintain lead and contact records in CRM  • Update opportunity and account information  • Perform regular CRM cleanup and data hygiene  • Monitor inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members SALES & MARKETING REPORTING  • Update Sales & Marketing L10 scorecard  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports  • Assist with marketing performance reporting  SALES ENABLEMENT & MARKETING SUPPORT  • Manage and maintain sales collateral library  • Coordinate shipping of sales literature and materials for conferences (if local)  ▪ Create shipping labels  ▪ Coordinate shipping, pickups, etc.  • Support social engagement activities (reposting, liking and sharing company content)

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar administrative role supporting a sales or marketing team
  • Working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data
  • Supporting the sales team in quoting, contract updates, and customer communications
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Description The Luxury Sales Manager will successfully drive sales of The House of Rohl products on a day to day basis within a variety of customer segments in order to meet and exceed sales budgets, display goals, and execute annual business plan initiatives.
