The Crown Is Yours As an Office Administration Associate, you will support various office management tasks across our teams. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally and you'll get to exercise impeccable judgment to improve operational efficiency and help us continue to succeed. What You'll Do as an Office Administration Associate - Coordinate and manage all aspects of office organization and efficiency. - Facilitate the planning and booking of business travel and transportation as necessary. - Prepare purchase orders for payment in coordination with the Accounts Payable team. - Monitor office space for any maintenance needs or critical safety issues. - Manage all employee vouchers as part of our social benefits - birthdays, parking cards, etc. - Participate directly in organizing and managing the processes for issuing visas, residence permissions, etc. - Organize and support onsite meetings and employee events to foster engagement and culture. - Manage office supply inventory and refreshment orders to ensure a well-stocked and welcoming environment. What You'll Bring - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another related field. - At least 1 year of professional experience in an office or front-desk setting. - Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in an open office environment. - A strong desire to work in a team setting and a passion for working with people. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other core business systems. - English Language - level C1, written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
