ABOUT THE ROLE As a Talent Executive, you will support and optimize the hiring process by partnering closely with Recruitment, Engineering, and HR teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience. You’ll manage candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, and craft high-quality resumes while ensuring strong alignment between talent and business needs. This role offers ownership, operational impact, and the opportunity to contribute to hiring strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Define and drive integration platform strategy, vision, and execution across product lines; - Collaborate with R&D integration team, development, DevOps, Professional Services, and Product; - Manage a product or feature lifecycle from strategic planning through release; - Design scalable solutions that accommodate a broad customer base; - Inform buy, build, or partner decision-making processes. MUST HAVES - Strong experience with system ERP integrations (APIs, middleware, data mapping); - Strong knowledge of data structures, field mapping, and transformations; - Ability to act as a Senior BA + Product hybrid; - Experience with multiple systems and platforms integration; - Experience in cross-team technical alignment (Engineering, DevOps, Product); - Comfort discussing architecture-level decisions; - Experience gathering requirements directly from clients or external systems; - 4+ years of experience in software business analysis and product management in a SaaS company; - Experience with modern product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma; - Familiarity with LLM, ML, agentic, and AI tools for rapid prototyping; - Upper-intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES - University degree; - Experience with student information system integrations; - Product Management certification; - PMP certification; - Subject matter expertise with ERP products and integration APIs; - Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau; - Experience with SIS or ERP integrations; - Exposure to middleware platforms or integration layers; - Background in data-heavy environments such as ETL and pipelines; - Practical understanding of SQL.
