Account Executive - Aquafold
Idera, Inc.
Aquafold is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our growing sales team. Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to: - Identify new sales opportunities using enabled qualifying skills and tactics supported by a structured sales process - Generate revenue from new and existing customers in assigned territory - Establish and maintain good rapport and customer support to existing customers - Provide continuous verbal and written updates on forecast, opportunity pipeline and territory plan - Exercise judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action - Possess thorough knowledge of company and products/services - Be able to present the value proposition to all levels within the organization - Qualify a high volume of prospects in and out of the opportunity pipeline Required Experience/Skills: - BA/BS degree is a must - 1-3 years of relevant sales/ business development experience preferably in software sales - Demonstrated ability to present effectively and to sell to a technical solution - Strong skills in communication, negotiation, organization and teamwork An Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. Senior Business Development Executive Work Mode: Remote Location: Remote – Chicago, IL with ability to travel Opportunity The Sr. Business Development Executive supports the KLAFS Custom Sauna Pilot in the Midwest region. This role plays a critical role in advancing our pilot program, strengthening relationships with key specifiers, and driving regional sales growth in alignment with the broader North American strategy. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Increase the number of qualified leads in assigned region to include designer, specifier, or showroom relationship establishment. - Increase the number of displays and placement opportunities in assigned market, delivering 3-5 quotes per month back to high potential customers. - Support achievement of the NA sales goals in region in collaboration with both the US team and Germany. - Actively maintain and develop relationships with architects, designers, and showrooms. - Continuously focus on lead generation, customer follow-ups, and support of custom pilot opportunities. - Maintain close partnerships with the North America Sauna Product Team to ensure full alignment with pilot objectives and long-term market strategy. - Collaborate closely with the regional representative agency and leverage their established relationships to expand the KLAFS presence in the Midwest market. - Effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization. Skills/Requirements - Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in sales or a related field. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field a plus.
