Vasion is seeking a Business Development Representative located in London UK who embodies our core values and is eager to join our dynamic team. Role Overview The highest performing BDRs at Vasion are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced outbound environments, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and are passionate about working in a team environment. As a BDR, you will carry a personal pipeline generation quota. You will serve as a key bridge component of a sales POD working to source new demo’s adding to pipeline for the Southern part of EMEA. Responsibilities - Process & Strategy - Conduct regular 1:1s with your Account Executive counterparts - Help maintain team adherence to CRM hygiene and outbound workflow standards - Surface insights from the field to management, including common objections, competitive intelligence, and prospect feedback - Support the development and iteration of outbound messaging, sequences, and scripts - Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture aligned with Vasion's core values - Perform other related duties as assigned - Personal Production - Prospect into target accounts, import leads into outbound workflows, and make daily outbound calls and emails - Maintain an individual quota for qualified demo creation and pipeline generation - Build target lists of ideal customer profiles within your territory - Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to build a network within Vasion's target audience - Achieve or exceed monthly demo quotas and daily activity targets - Deliver compelling value propositions that resonate with prospective customers - Model best-in-class outbound behaviors and activity standards within the team
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in direct sales, with at least 1 year as a BDR or similar outbound sales role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota or targeted activity goals
- Prior experience informally or formally mentoring peers or leading team initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per quarter for a period of 2-3 days for trade shows and company events
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech industry direct sales
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for building others up
- Growth mindset with a clear desire to grow within sales

If you have an allied health background — Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Strength & Conditioning, or similar — and are hungry to learn the craft of consultative field sales, this Business Development Manager (BDM) role at VALD may be the next step in your career.
