POSITION SUMMARY The Program Manager, Market Builds is responsible for owning the successful delivery of fiber network deployments within assigned markets, from initial approval through construction and into operational launch. This role serves as the central point of accountability for market execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, permitting, construction, operations, and go-to-market teams. The Program Manager drives coordination across internal functions and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with high quality. This role requires hands-on experience in telecom infrastructure deployment, with a strong understanding of outside plant (OSP) engineering, permitting, construction, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate brings a practical, field-informed perspective and is comfortable operating in the realities of fiber network builds.
