• Design, develop and lead/co-lead the development of software applications according to established requirements • Debug, diagnose, and fix the problems in developing and existing applications • Train and supervise the junior developers, provide technical support to project team members • Follow and improve the software development life-cycle and software development practices of the company, prepare the software related technical documentation when needed • Stay current with the latest development best practices and share findings with the team • Find better ways to do everything, stay at the forefront of the latest advances and productivity tools • Write quality code, and the ability to adhere to the coding guidelines.

• Own the development and maintenance of core business modules in the Binance App Android client, including but not limited to Trading, Markets, Assets, and Wallet. • Participate in product requirement reviews, deliver technical design proposals, and ensure high-quality delivery. • Continuously optimize app performance, stability, and user experience — including startup time, UI fluency, and memory management. • Contribute to foundational architecture and shared component development to elevate the team's technical capabilities. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to drive efficient project execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Performance of ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components. - Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, some electrical, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings. - Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations. - Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies. - Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken. - Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities. This to include HVAC, Electrical, Building Automation Systems, fire / life safety systems, and any other building related equipment. - Have a strong Customer Satisfaction mindset. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - Minimum of five (5) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged and built-up HVAC systems, plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance and overall building system design and application. - High School diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college. - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (RACM) or HVAC Certificate of Qualification is required. Interprovincial/Red Seal Certification an asset. - Gasfitter A or B is required. - Canadian ODP Certification. - Candidate must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license. - Must meet security clearance requirements. - On call duties and overtime as required.
