Senior Agile Business Analyst

General Dynamics Information Technology

• Elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment • Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, requirement documents, risks, issues, and dependencies • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize user stories • Perform user research, user centered design and usability testing throughout the software development lifecycle • Utilize UI/UX and Human Centered Design concepts to design and implement technical solutions • Decompose Epics into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements • Participate in the development, testing and refinement of Project Backlog Stories • Facilitate the team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories and demonstrate product demos to the client • Document standard operating procedures and maintain the release information radiator for the team • Develop process flow, wireframes, high and low fidelity mockups, and dependency diagrams • Support the testing team to ensure the system is aligned with the vision of the business teams • Review and maintain documentation for distribution, including project and process documentation • Support and conduct user interviews, group workshops, and surveys as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of experience (or master’s degree plus 4+ years)
  • Experience supporting the product owner and agile team
  • Eliciting business needs and maintaining user stories in the backlog
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Modeling business processes and system requirements
  • Experience with at least one enterprise software development project in the past three years
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments, processes, and practices
  • Experience assisting with testing by writing acceptance criteria and confirming test cases result
  • Experience with producing relevant and current requirements, sizing user stories correctly, and removing roadblocks prior to sprints starts
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced Agile software development environment
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Ability to develop & decompose Epics, Features, and User Stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Business Continuity Planner supports Anticimex North America operating companies, referred to as "platforms," each an independently operating subsidiary, as well as the Anticimex Inc. (US) organization (referred to as Inc.) in developing, maintaining, and testing their business continuity (BC), disaster recovery (DR), and cyber incident response (IR) plans. This role is critical to reduce business risk by ensuring that Anticimex North America (AxNA) platforms and Inc. are operationally resilient and prepared to respond to and recover from a wide range of business disruptions, system failures, and security incidents. The Business Continuity Planner works cross-functionally with leadership, business stakeholders, and other Inc. IT team members, and interfaces with Anticimex Group IT (global).
