How you’ll make an impact in this role As the Director of Network Services, you will be the chief architect of the digital nervous system that connects our clinicians to their patients. Your success will be defined by the following core pillars: - Lead the long-term network strategy and architectural roadmap to ensure our hospitals, clinics, and data centers remain resilient, secure, and ready for the future of digital medicine. - Create a high-performance culture rooted in servant leadership, mentoring a diverse team of engineers and leaders to foster psychological safety and continuous professional growth. - Govern our managed service provider (MSP) ecosystem by establishing rigorous performance frameworks that ensure incident responses and system changes never compromise patient safety. - Support large-scale modernization initiatives—including SD-WAN and Cloud transition—to streamline connectivity for our medical staff, allowing them to focus more on care and less on technology. - Optimize our enterprise-wide network budget and vendor relationships to maximize ROI, ensuring every dollar invested contributes to a more reliable and scalable healthcare environment.
