• Own and execute the revenue growth plan for the entire Central Europe territory, including assigned accounts and broadbase development. • Drive direct engagement with assigned customers, leading the quote-to-close process and ensuring commercial success. • Develop and maintain a 3-year area growth plan, covering all key verticals: Industrial, A&D, Automotive plus Mobile/IoT, and CED. • Assess market potential and identify underpenetrated segments and application clusters to inform strategic focus. • Leverage distributors and digital tools to scale reach, drive engagement, and grow the broadbase. • Define and evolve the deployment strategy, aligning team resources with growth opportunities and building team capabilities. • Track and nurture emerging accounts, converting them into strategic customers through structured engagement.
