Digital Asset Management Systems, Archives, etc.). • Partner with different teams for alignment with their existing and future content needs. • Plans and executes small-scale DAM team projects and initiatives and facilitates communication between stakeholders, team members, etc. Reference Librarianship • Ensures that all requests received by the Digital Asset Management Team (email, phone, in person, etc.) are handled within the expected service level agreements. • If not assigned to the task, keeps track to ensure a satisfactory completion. • Notify stakeholders of distributed content or changes to content status (active, inactive, etc.) Governance • Assists in Development and maintenance of new workflows, standards, etc. for which the team is responsible (ex. Reference Number Standards, Filename Conventions, Metadata schema, etc.) • Facilitates development and maintenance of team’s technical documentation (Training, Workflow Documents, etc.).
