• Supports Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of software projects/programs • Supports the establishment of design inputs and system level software requirements • Participates in the development of project plan, design and development plan, and specifications including transferring the product requirements to software use cases and acceptance criteria • Collaborates on software test plans, assessing risk profiles, supporting risk management file creation • Creates and maintains software product Design History Files (DHF) • Ensures completion of Design Control Documentation • Participates in the review of software product complaints and performs root cause failure analysis • Supports Quality System Audits conducted by external agencies, such as FDA, Notified Body and/or Regulatory Agency audits

• Develops high-end and innovative realtime software for medical visualizations including surgical techniques, advertisements, medical education, AR/VR products etc. • Write high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment • Continuously learns and implements new and experimental features, programming languages and SDKs for emerging visual and XR technologies. • Develop interactive, visual applications using established patterns and technology. • Troubleshooting software, optimizing and debugging applications. • Prototype and implement responsive user interactions in a real time engine. • Test and document code and features of multiple systems and applications. • Maintain proper documentation of processes, application configurations and continual modifications and help-related materials. • Develop tools and software to automate testing. • Incorporate models, graphics, audio and video clips into applications • Report progress and status of assigned tasks on a timely basis. • Develops realtime applications, user interfaces and interactions to showcase technically accurate medical animations using 3D models and textures.

• Assists in the development of high-end and innovative realtime software for medical visualizations including surgical techniques, advertisements, medical education, AR/VR products etc. • Create high-quality, realistic, optimized, realtime visualizations and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment • Continuously learns and implements new and experimental features, technical art tools, and solutions for emerging visual and XR technologies. • Develop technical art solution for interactive, visual applications using established industry practices and technology. • Assists in development of 3D models, animations, animation rigs, UI Design and textures using computer graphics software. • Including incorporating models, animations, VFX, graphics, audio, video clips and other graphic assets into realtime applications • Develops art solutions for creating highly realistic renderings for VR/AR, Web and Desktop 3D applications using cutting edge technologies. • Develops artist tools and scripts in 3D software like Maya and engines like Unreal and Unity. • Collaborate with other artists and developers to expand the 3D product library for real-time applications. • Collaborates with developers to make realtime visualizations that are easy to programmatically manipulate and use by multidisciplinary teams. • Maintain proper documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations. • Report progress and status of assigned tasks on a timely basis. • Works productively and harmoniously with medical education, developers, 3D animators, modelers and artists in a team driven environment.

• Ensures maximized revenue growth of assigned company products and services through direct and indirect management of an independent sales force. • Manages an assigned group of agencies and related geography to maximize product sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. • Assists in formulating and distributing regional quotas to agencies. • Develops and monitors specific plans and company strategy to ensure revenue growth in all company products and product categories. • Directs and supports account management activities. • Establishes relationships with key accounts and customers, both surgeon and administrators. • Attends and supports local, regional, and national medical education meetings, trade shows, and other educational opportunities. • Manages and develops independent agency sales teams and personnel activities (i.e., hires, trains, coaches, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.). • Performs sales activities on key accounts and negotiates pricing and contracts through the Senior Director of Sales where necessary. • Works closely with Sports, Extremity & Trauma, Orthobiologics, Arthroplasty and Imaging & Resection Regional Managers to ensure proper focus and effort being given to regional agencies and customers to effectively meet sales expectations.

• To support all who need access to Arthrex assets, regardless of format. • To answer all questions, facilitate all requests and to support all initiatives when called upon to do so. • To develop, improve and maintain processes and standards related to Digital Asset Management, Archives Management, and all other areas of focus. • To act as a source of information for those who need to learn about them. • Partner with all Arthrex regions to support their unique asset needs. • Subject matter expert in initiatives related to their focus areas (Digital Asset Management Systems, Archives, etc.). • Partner with different teams for alignment with their existing and future content needs. • Plans and executes small-scale DAM team projects and initiatives and facilitates communication between stakeholders, team members, etc. • Ensures that all requests received by the Digital Asset Management Team (email, phone, in person, etc.) are handled within the expected service level agreements. • Keeps track to ensure a satisfactory completion for tasks not assigned. • Notify stakeholders of distributed content or changes to content status (active, inactive, etc.). • Assists in Development and maintenance of new workflows, standards, etc. for which the team is responsible. • Facilitates development and maintenance of team’s technical documentation (Training, Workflow Documents, etc.). • Applies appropriate metadata and security to international assets utilizing the established metadata standards. • Validate accuracy of existing metadata. • Works with IT/Support Team to ensure the successful ingesting and downloading of digital assets in supported systems. • Facilitate the accessing, ingesting, and downloading of digital assets globally through appropriate asset security strategy. • Stay current on trends in the industry. • Leads training and education for team members, colleagues, etc. in any areas of focus (including Digital Asset Management, Archives, Metadata Maintenance, Taxonomy, etc.). • Develops and facilitates training of new team members (including full time employees, Co-ops, and Interns etc.).

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, video and blended experiences using appropriate instructional strategies. • Define clear, measurable learning and performance objectives aligned to organizational goals. • Apply visual design principles, branding standards, and accessibility guidelines across learning products. • Partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate content into effective learning experiences. • Communicate design rationale, progress, and recommendations clearly and professionally. • Contribute to Talent Development standards, templates, and scalable design processes. • Use data and insights to recommend enhancements and optimize future learning solutions that contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Create compelling visuals, graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets that enhance learning clarity, engagement, and accessibility. • Develop storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts to communicate design direction. • Build learning products using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar applications.

• Lead the Medical Education Technology Division and key stakeholders in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Develop documentation to support new platform features or updates • Balance business goals with technical feasibility and sustainability in solution design • Create and maintain process diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups to communicate system behavior and user flows • Lead with vendor evaluations and third-party tool integrations when introducing new technologies • Continuously improve skills in systems architecture, agile methodologies, and tools such as Intellum and Asana • Lead key projects and critical activities for the Medical Education Technology Division • Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance and user acceptance testing • Document processes and models to identify potential improvements • Gather and evaluate user feedback post-launch to inform iterative improvements
