Senior QA Engineer

• Ensuring product quality in order to achieve better customer satisfaction • Establishing and maintaining a quality system for all requirements • Analysing and evaluating data and key performances and drive continuous development of the quality • Conduct testing of applications, identifying deficiencies and creating and managing the overall quality planning strategy • Create and maintain automated tests to reduce the time of repetitive tasks • Creating reports for management and making sure that a quality awareness mindset is established in the team
Job Requirements
- Experienced QA Engineer with different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Performance Testing, API testing, LLM testing and have a knowledge of REST, Python, TypeScript
- Experience in writing automated tests in Playwright as a plus.
- Experienced with agile methodologies and have strong analytical skills
- Solution-oriented team player with an autonomous and proactive working style
- Experience / Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD (Github Actions) is a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills in English

• Lead and execute web application and API penetration tests as a CHECK Team Leader (App). • Manage end‑to‑end engagements: from scoping and kick‑off sessions through to delivery and client debriefs. • Perform in‑depth manual testing of modern web applications, authentication flows, APIs, and business logic. • Produce clear, detailed, and actionable reports outlining vulnerabilities and tailored remediation guidance. • Stay ahead of emerging application‑level threats and integrate new testing techniques into our methodology. • Automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency through scripting and tooling enhancements. • Mentor and coach junior testers, particularly around web application testing techniques and report quality. • Enhance application‑focused tools and methodologies, keeping our services current and effective. • Support pre‑sales efforts as a subject‑matter expert in web application security. • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, white papers, or speaking engagements.
