Senior Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering

E.L.F. BEAUTY

• Lead and develop a hybrid team of internal engineers and external partners, setting clear expectations for delivery, quality, and accountability. • Own SAP S/4HANA development across enhancements, integrations, and upgrade activities. • Champion and enforce a Clean Core strategy, minimizing custom code and shifting extensions to SAP BTP and side-by-side architectures. • Define and implement consistent engineering standards across SAP and adjacent SaaS platforms. • Own and mature DevOps practices across enterprise applications, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies. • Oversee technical integration patterns across SAP and enterprise platforms. • Evaluate and pilot new SAP and enterprise technologies.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of SAP development experience, with 3–5+ years in a leadership or architectural role.
  • Deep expertise in S/4HANA and modern SAP development:
  • ABAP RAP, CDS, Fiori/UI5
  • SAP BTP (extensions, BAS, services)
  • Strong understanding of Clean Core principles and upgrade-safe architecture.
  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to lead development teams across global and vendor models.
  • Experience establishing or scaling DevOps practices (CI/CD, testing, release mgmt).
  • Ability to operate across both SAP and SaaS ecosystems, with a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

The Field Applications Specialist Flow Cytometry Germany South-West (d/f/m) is responsible for the application support of our customers in the South-Western German area. This position is part of the Flow Cyotmetry Field Applications Team DACH and will be fully remote. Role Description Au sein d'une équipe de 3 instructeurs, vous assurerez, sous l'autorité du responsable du pôle ADS de l'unité territoriale Sud : - L'instruction des demandes d'autorisation d'urbanisme relevant de la compétence de l'État (RNU, loi Montagne, dossiers de compétence préfectorale) ainsi que, pour les communes concernées, de la mise à disposition (PLU et cartes communales). - Le suivi de la dématérialisation de l'urbanisme et serez l'interlocuteur des collectivités sur cette question à l'échelle de l'UT Sud. - La police de l'urbanisme en tant qu'agent assermenté et commissionné, établissant constats d'infraction et procès-verbaux sur le territoire défini. - La gestion de l'archivage de l'unité, en organisant les actions de pré-archivage, d'archivage et de destruction en lien avec les archives départementales et le service des moyens généraux. Afin d'assurer la continuité du service, vous pourrez : - Intervenir sur le contrôle de légalité des actes d'urbanisme des collectivités. - Rédiger les avis conformes de l'État pour les communes concernées. - Gérer les avis simples de l'État suite à la consultation des communes. Pour l'ensemble de ces missions, vous identifierez les dossiers à enjeux le plus en amont possible et en rendrez compte au responsable de pôle. Le poste implique un contact direct avec les particuliers et les élus, afin de les accompagner dans leurs projets et d'apporter une réponse claire, fiable et réactive aux sollicitations du territoire. Au sein de la DDT, la filière ADS est organisée autour de deux centres instructeurs, l'un à Valence pour le Nord (arrondissements de Valence et de Die) et l'autre à Nyons (arrondissement de Nyons), coordonnés par le service urbanisme. Ceci favorise le partage des compétences et l'entraide. Vous aurez accès aux formations « métier » et transversales proposées par les ministères. Doté(e) d'une solide culture administrative et réglementaire, mais également en matière d'urbanisme et d'application du droit des sols, un certain nombre de compétences spécialisées pourront être développées et approfondies au fur et à mesure. Qualifications - Connaissances sur le Code de l'urbanisme, le Code de la construction et de l'habitation, et le Code de l'environnement. - Techniques de lecture de plans, de cartes, des documents d'urbanisme. - Techniques de recherche d'informations réglementaires et juridiques. - Applications bureautiques et informatiques. - Appropriation du logiciel métier ADS 2007. - Fonctionnement de la DDT et des collectivités territoriales. Requirements - Expérience en instruction des autorisations d'urbanisme ou faire preuve d'un vif intérêt pour ce domaine. - Analyser un contexte, une problématique, une complexité. - Travailler en équipe (au sein du pôle et avec les services métiers basés sur Valence) et rendre compte à la cheffe de pôle. - Synthétiser les informations. - Rédiger un acte juridique. - Faire preuve de pédagogie.
