• Conduct maturity assessments of customer software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and design roadmaps for transitioning to AI-native engineering practices. • Lead the technical rollout and configuration of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) and LLM-based productivity tools within complex enterprise environments. • Redesign core engineering processes—including code review, QA, and documentation—to leverage AI agents and automated workflows, reducing cycle time by 30-50%. • Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and playbooks to upskill engineering teams, fostering a culture of "learning relentlessly" and safe AI adoption. • Act as an internal change agent for Nous Infosystems, embedding AI-native practices into our own delivery centers to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of digital engineering. • Define and track KPIs related to developer productivity, code quality, and time-to-market to demonstrate tangible ROI from AI investments. • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI agents, autonomous coding frameworks, and cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) to continuously evolve our service offerings.

• Design, build, and enhance Policy Administration Systems (PAS) • Focus on configurability, extensibility, and performance within the insurance domain • Architect and manage complex, configurable data models • Externalized workflow orchestration • API-first, cloud-agnostic services to support PAS modernization and system integration

• Design and build robust backend services and microservices that power the DevX platform ecosystem. • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and custom AI models to enable features like semantic code search, automated refactoring, and natural language infrastructure provisioning. • Act as a technical liaison and co-developer with our India-based engineering team, participating in daily stand-ups and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment. • Implement AI-powered static analysis and code generation tools that improve developer productivity and code safety. • Build highly scalable, event-driven backend systems using Python, Node.js, or Go to handle concurrent processing of large codebases. • Design automated testing frameworks where AI agents generate test cases, execute regressions, and analyze root causes of failures. • Develop integrations for standard CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) that use AI to predict build failures and optimize deployment pipelines. • Create comprehensive monitoring dashboards to track platform usage, model latency, and accuracy of AI suggestions. • Contribute to the technical roadmap, evaluating new AI tools and frameworks to keep DevX at the cutting edge of the industry.

• Lead solution design and architecture for planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, production planning/scheduling, inventory optimization, S&OP/IBP) • Run blueprinting/requirements workshops, publish design decisions, and build phased roadmaps that stakeholders can execute • Define data and integration architecture between APS tools and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle ERPs and upstream/downstream planning/execution apps) • Guide configuration/build teams across the lifecycle (design → build/config → test → cutover), ensuring performance, scalability, and operability • Produce strong architecture documentation, support solutioning (as needed), and present outcomes to senior client stakeholders

• Design and implement Alloy-based identity verification, fraud detection, and risk decisioning workflows for Ford Credit’s new banking operations. • Configure Alloy workflows for: KYC, CIP, OFAC, AML, Fraud screening • Integrate Alloy with Fiserv DNA and Mantl for seamless account onboarding. • Implement multi-vendor identity verification and decision orchestration. • Define risk rules, escalation workflows, and compliance reporting. • Optimize approval rates while maintaining regulatory adherence. • Support audit readiness and regulatory reviews.
